Parent’s Night Out
Parent’s Night Out (PNO) is one of the most popular and longest running events here at Peak!
PNO occurs every other week, depending on the different activities within the gym. It is four fun filled hours of free time in the gym, games and other activities.
Our PNO program provides parents the perfect opportunity to get away while knowing their kids are safe, active and having a blast!
Peak coaches supervise the event at all times and are positioned throughout the gym to provide instruction, directions and interaction with the kids.
What to Expect at PNO….
PNO begins at 6pm and is over at 10pm, however, children can be picked up at any point during the event.
Once majority of participants have arrived, coaches will go over safety rules and then release children to participate in free time. The kids participate in free time until dinner, around 7pm, where pizza is provided. Special themed PNO sometimes have different meals to go with the theme and will be advertised on flyers or the customer portal.
**Food allergies or sensitivities are encouraged to bring their own meal to eat at the same time as the other participants and communicate with the Parents Night Out Coordinator. **
After dinner, the lights in the gym get turned off and the kids get to participate in Hide and Seek. The kids can get creative and can hide wherever they would like (safety permitting). There will be more free time in the gym after hide and seek, but if kids are feeling tired and want to participate in a calmer activity, they can go into the dance room where a kid friendly movie is set up or can color in the lobby. The night will finish with games on the gymnastics floor (examples: Four Corners, Sharks and Minnows, Musical Mats or Ships and Sailors).
Spots are limited and this event fills up quickly. We highly recommend reserving your spot early!
To register for PNO, log into your customer portal or contact our Member Services at 303-797-8082.
- Free Time -
During free time, children are allowed to play on our full-size spring gymnastics floor, the five additional tumble strips, tumble track, rod floor, two in ground trampolines, double mini trampoline, and two inground foam pit areas. They can also take turns jumping on the trampolines, jump into the pit and even use the long ropes over the pit to swing or climb. Participants may have the opportunity to use the mats throughout the gym to build forts with their friends and/or make an obstacle course challenge.
